Below are the guidelines that all members of The Empyrean Wiki must follow to maintain a pleasant, safe, and organized environment for everyone. Please contact one of the administrators if you think something should be included in our image policy.
Artificial Intelligence[]
- The Empyrean Wiki strives to be a safe space for artists. The upload, promototion or addition of AI art will be removed from this wiki.
Adding New Images[]
- All the images should be named this way: Name by Artist. If there is more than one image with the chosen name you should add a number at the end: Name by Artist 02. Images that don't follow this guideline will be renamed or deleted if the source can't be found.
- Repeated or unused images will be deleted. Please verify if the image you wish to use for articles or your own user page wasn't already added by another member.
- All images that were not created specifically for The Empyrean Series should include the following description: "Warning: This image is not affiliated with The Empyrean Series. The artwork was only used because it resembles the characters, creatures or places described in the book."
- All users should include the link from the original post in the description.
Adding Images to Articles[]
- Users should always add a link to the original art when adding someone's artwork to an article.
- Only administrators can modify the images chosen for the infobox of each article. If you want to add a new image to the page, use the field labeled "Gallery".
Image Removal[]
- Please contact one of the administrators if you are an artist who wants to remove your artwork from this wiki. We'll remove the images immediately. Users can also request the removal of an image if the artist doesn't permit the reposting of their work.
- Despite being a fantasy series for adults, fanarts that contain explicit scenes from the book are forbidden since this website allows users who are 13 or older. Administrators will be in charge of analyzing whether the image is appropriate or not.
