Physical Description[]
Humans in the Empyrean Series are so far identical to humans in real life.
Abilities[]
Humans have no inherit magical ability, much like their real-life counterparts. However those lucky enough to bond a dragon or gryphon can learn to channel magic known as Signets or Gryphons Gifts.[1] Humans that draw magic directly from the source (i.e. the Earth) are known as Venin.[2]
Weaknesses[]
Humans have the same weaknesses as real-life humans. These include fire,[2] strangulation, gravity (falling from great heights),[3] and poison.[4]
