Ciaran was a marked second year cadet in Third Squad, Flame Section, Fourth Wing.
Biography[]
He was selected by Xaden Riorson to be a part of his riot during War Games in Fourth Wing. As such he flew with the group to Athebyne and then went on to defend Resson while helping civilians evacuate. He survived the attack and subsequently voiced concerns about saving Violet Sorrengail after she was poisoned by a dagger.[1] However he later defended her mother, General Lilith Sorrengail, in front of Brennan Aisereigh and the rest of the surviving war games riot stating that it was unlikely that she was responsible for sending them to Athebyne because she hadn't been present during the war games announcements.[2]
During the first formation of Ciaran's third year, he was killed by dragonfire when Solas took out at least half of Third Squad, Flame Section, Fourth Wing.[3]
Physical Description[]
He was shorter than the rest of the riders in the Resson Riot, with light brown hair and a pinkish round face that's reminiscent of a cherub.[2]

Lesser Magic[]
As a rider whose dragon is channeling through them, Ciaran is capable of performing lesser magic. With this channeling, Ciaran is able to do things like locking and unlocking doors without touching them, moving with preternatural speed, manipulate mage lights, and power ink pens. Lesser magic also allows him to place runes.
